Private, invite-only recordkeeping

Gun Vault

Keep serial numbers, photos, purchase documents, values, and ownership notes in one organized account. Export a current copy whenever you need it.

One complete file

Keep the identifying details, receipts, photographs, documents, and notes for each firearm together instead of scattering them across devices and inboxes.

Account protection

Passwords, optional authenticator 2FA, passkeys, rate limits, session controls, and security logs protect access to your account.

Useful exports

Create spreadsheet, PDF, and database exports from the records currently in your vault. Downloaded copies remain your responsibility.

Limited release

Gun Vault is still an invite-only testing service. Keep independent backups and do not rely on it as your only legal or insurance record.

Our mission

Records you can actually find later.

Gun Vault gives responsible owners a consistent place to maintain their own inventory. It is a recordkeeping tool—not a registry, marketplace, appraisal, or substitute for records required by law.

DocumentationPhotos, documents, values, serials, notes, and owner details stay connected to the right record.
User-controlled vaultsEach account has its own vault, its own key lifecycle, and its own recovery responsibilities.
Portable exportsPDF, spreadsheet, and database exports are generated on demand from the latest vault data.
Who we are

Built by Southland Labs.

Southland Labs builds and operates small infrastructure and hosting tools. Gun Vault is maintained in Texas as a limited-release recordkeeping service.

What this project is

A limited testing service.

Access remains invite-only while recovery, support, encryption, audit, and mobile workflows are tested. Gun Vault is not a public registry, legal service, or government reporting tool.

Essential cookies onlyCookies support login, security, rate limiting, 2FA, and remembered-device tokens. They are not used for marketing.
Limited support accessSupport can help with account workflows, but encrypted vault contents are not casually available to staff.
User responsibilityUsers are responsible for maintaining access, keeping backups, and verifying records before relying on exports.
